The London Stock Exchange (LSE) is one of the world’s oldest stock exchanges and it is the primary stock exchange in the United Kingdom and the largest in Europe. The London Stock Exchange enables companies and governments from around the world to issue securities such as shares or bonds to raise capital. This is done through the listing of equity, debt and other securities in the London Stock Exchange. It is the premier source of equity-market liquidity, benchmark prices, and market data in Europe.
