Prof. Anubhav Mishra is a Ph.D. (Marketing specialist) from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, India. He holds a Bachelor in Technology (Mechanical) degree as well. His research interest are online consumer behavior, electronic word-of-mouth, technology adoption of emergent technologies (augmented reality, virtual reality, and voice assistants), and fake reviews. He has worked as Assistant Professor at Indian Institute of Management Ranchi. Prior to academic, he has eleven years of corporate experience working in IT industry (SAP Labs India and Infosys Technologies Ltd.).
