Dr Vassiliki Grougiou holds an MSc from Stirling University and a PhD from Strathclyde University, Glasgow. Grougiou has worked in various marketing positions in the services sector. Her research focuses on consumer behavior, services, CSR, and social marketing. Grougiou’s research work has appeared in the Journal of Service Research, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Business Ethics, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Accounting Forum, Journal of Marketing Management, Journal of Consumer Behaviour among others. She is an ad hoc reviewer of various prestigious journals.
