Who am I as a leader? Workshop at SSBM Geneva

Our lecturer Pilar Cabral Majerović hosted a workshop on the topic “Who am I as a leader?”.

The MBA students had the opportunity to dive into a deep self-reflection process. They did not only face themselves, they were gifted the opportunity of seeing themselves through the eyes of the others. What do I really know about myself as a leader and most importantly, what may I not be aware of?

Through this 3 dimensional process, participants were given the opportunity to discover surprising insights; at the end, leading the way to an invitation to change what we believe about ourselves.
