SUMMER ACADEMY

The SSBM Summer Academy hosts students from all over the world. Our camp offers exceptional educational excellence with a personalised approach at a stunning campus on the banks of Lake Geneva. Students enjoy the outstanding facilities, green oasis and amazing views that our premises offer. We accommodate students who are interested in spending three weeks learning new courses and exploring Geneva and Switzerland! The summer academy focuses on the academic aspects of the course, first-hand experience, which is why company visits are a focal point of the program.

All Students will be enrolled in a program of unparalleled fun and diversity with activities in the Swiss nature, water sports, mountain trips, team games and challenges, social events, excursions, dynamic business and leadership sessions which help them make the best of their summer and all the years to come.

SUMMER ACADEMY

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

3 week program

Our camp offers exceptional educational excellence with a personalised approach at a stunning campus on the banks of Lake Geneva.

Courses offered in English at bachelor and master level courses

3 ECTS/1.5 US credits per each course

Swiss History and Culture studies course as an additional free course

1 ECTS/0.5 US credits per each course

Field trips

Local museums, United Nations Industrial visit, hiking, etc

Courses Available

Students will actively participate in the following courses:

  • Introduction to International Business (3 ECTS)
  • A.I. for Managers (3 ECTS)
  • Branding and Global Marketing (3 ECTS)
  • Sustainable Transformation (3 ECTS)
  • Business Intelligence (3 ECTS)
  • Swiss History and Culture (1 ECTS)

An additional course Swiss History and Culture can be taken. If the student takes this course then the field trip is compulsory.

Tuition Fees

Our tuition fees are designed to offer flexibility and value for our students:

Regular Fee: 2,500 EUR

  • Includes enrollment in two courses from the program (6 ECTS each).
  • Complimentary enrollment in the Swiss History & Culture course (1 ECTS).
  • Participation in company visits and field trips.

Early Bird Fee: 2,250 EUR

  • Avail a discounted rate by taking advantage of our Early Bird offer.

Partner School Fee: 2,000 EUR

  • Special discounted rate for students from partner schools.

Deadlines

Early Bird Price – 15th March

Visa support

If students require a visa to enter Switzerland, they are required to pay the total tuition fee in order to acquire necessary documentation. SSBM Geneva is able to provide an acceptance and invitation letter to the student for visa purposes. In case their visa is denied for any reason SSBM will return the payment after charging 10% of administrative costs. All students outside of Switzerland are required to have health & travel insurance from their home country prior to their arrival.

Language
All activities and workshops are offered in English. It is recommendable to have at least B1 level both in writing and speaking.

Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy Disclamer

If students require a visa to enter Switzerland, they are required to pay the total tuition fee to acquire necessary documentation. SSBM Geneva can provide an acceptance letter to the student for visa purposes. In case their visa is denied for any reason, SSBM will return the payment after charging 10% of administrative costs. All students outside of Switzerland are required to have health & travel insurance from their home country prior to their arrival in Switzerland. This type of insurance has to be valid in case any health services will need to be used while staying in Geneva.

The program fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in situations where the program cannot be offered due to an insufficient number of participants.
Please be aware that, in case of the unlikely scenario of the program cancellation, SSBM Geneva cannot assume responsibility for any expenses related to travel, visas, and other costs that prospective participants may have incurred before or after program cancellation.

It remains the sole responsibility of participants to apply for and obtain their visa (if applicable) in a timely manner. Rejection of a visa application or late visa delivery is not grounds for a refund.
