The last class of the Human Resource Management course at the Zagreb Instructional Site marked an engaging and insightful conclusion to the subject, led by Aco Momčilović, MBA. Students explored key HR principles, discussed real-world applications, and gained a deeper understanding of the evolving workforce landscape.

Throughout the course, students delved into essential HR topics, including talent acquisition, performance management, organizational culture, and strategic HR planning. Professor Momčilović, with his extensive industry experience, provided practical insights and case studies that enriched the learning experience. His hands-on approach ensured that students not only grasped theoretical concepts but also understood how to apply them in modern business environments.

During the final session, students engaged in interactive discussions, reflecting on their learnings and how they could implement HR strategies in their future careers. The class also included a Q&A session, where students had the opportunity to ask industry-specific questions and receive valuable advice from Professor Momčilović.
