Giacomo’s main research field relates to Innovation and Technology Management, both in manufacturing and IT companies. Within this domain, he focuses on the application of Agile principles to new product development and other issue related to the new product development and uncertainty. His research expertise is also related to bibliometric analysis where he served as methodology expert in various fields, from Innovation to Entrepreneurship, and Knowledge Management.

Has over 15 years of professional experience in various senior management positions. He worked for several international corporations. He achieved his master’s degree in Computer Science from University Lyon I, France in 1999, and his post-graduate degree in Computer Networks and Telecommunications in 2001 from the same University. He is also holding an MBA. In 2015 he obtained Ph.D. at the University of St Gallen, Switzerland. His research motivation focuses on the fields of information security, open source software and mobile. He is currently Postdoc at the University of St Gallen, Switzerland.

His research interests concern social media, big data, management information systems and digital marketing.

Sara Sassetti is Post-doc fellow at University of Florence. She received her PhD in Management from the University of Pisa. Her main research field relates to entrepreneurial decision-making, students‘ employability and HRM. She works and collaborate with Southampton Business School. She is member of EURAM (European Academy of Management) and co-proponents for the EURAM entrepreneurship standing track “Entrepreneurial Decision Making and Behaviour”.

He is founder of MeanThat, the educational platform that helped more than quarter million students to learn efficiently. In 2014 he got inspired by KhanAcademy and created his first own videos and after placing them on YouTube he reached a global audience in a heartbeat, all eager to learn! Several universities and as well MBA students from all over the world started to use the videos for their lecturing.

In 2003 he received the Ph.D. in Economics, specialization in money, finance and foreign trade, the University Lumiere Lyon 2 of Lyon, France. In 2000 received the Master’s Degree in Economics, the University Lumiere Lyon 2 of Lyon, France and MBA from the Lyon EM Management school, France. In 1999 graduated Economics, the University Lumiere Lyon 2 of Lyon, France. Research interests : Financial engineering, Financial management, Corporate finance, European union. Dario Silić is the Chief Executive Officer of concessionaire Bina-Istra d.d. within French concession group Bouygues construction. He also spent many years as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.

His teaching interests span both technical and managerial skills. His research is primarily behavioral and quantitative in nature, and involves the study of computer-mediated collaboration (e.g., virtual teams, online communication) and information security (e.g., compliance with IT security). His research has been published in peer-reviewed academic journals such as MIS Quarterly, ​Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of the AIS, Information & Management, Computers & Security, and others.

He is an Assistant Professor in Management at the University of Florence, Italy. He holds a PhD in “Business Administration and Management” (University of Pisa, Italy) and a Master in “Big Data, Analytics and Techonologies for Management” (University of Florence, Italy). His research interests are mainly related to quantitative methods (such as exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, multivariate analysis, and structural equation modeling) applied in the following fields: business ethics, ethical decision making, consumer behavior, and organizational behavior. His research has been published in international journals such as Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Managerial Psychology, and Management Decision.

is Reader in Strategy & Entrepreneurship at the University of Lincoln (UK). Andrea received his PhD in Management from the University of RomeTor Vergata (Italy). He holds two masters from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, and has graduated from the INSEAD Advance Valuation Programme. He held visiting positions at several universities, including University of Pisa, University of Queensland, University of Alicante, University of Macerata, and George Washington University. In 2016 he was nominated member of the Scientific Committee of the Fondazione Bruno Visentini, a leading Italian research institute. In 2018, he co-funded with other academics the UNESCO Chair in Responsible Foresight for Sustainable Development and the Lincoln Innovation in Family Enterprises Observatory at the University of Lincoln. Andrea’s main research expertise is multidisciplinary, covering subjects such as negotiations, conflict management and decision-making, family business and entrepreneurship. He is currently working on conflicts in family firms, cultural intelligence, strategic negotiations, innovation and internationalization. He authored a number of publications and his work was presented at international conferences, such as the Academy of Management and the European Academy of Management. In 2014, he was awarded the Emerald Highly Commended Paper by the International Journal of Conflict Management. Andrea is also an active management consultant, negotiator and business mentor. His consulting expertise is focused on corporate crisis and turnaround, company valuations, impairment tests and valuation of assets, family business management, and internationalization

is Assistant Professor, Project and Supply Chain Management at Penn State, USA. He received his PhD from Politecnico di Milano, Milan, Italy. He is teaching Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Supply Management and Applied Topics in Supply Chain Management. He is also providing executive education teaching for companies (ABB, Astaldi, AXA, Danieli, Edison, Fincantieri, Ferragamo, Gucci, Mediaset, Pirelli, Salvagnini, Solvay, Unicredit).

Alex Lyon is an Associate Professor and Chairperson in the Department of Communication at the College at Brockport, State University of New York. His area of study is Organizational Communication with an emphasis on leadership, power, and ethics. In 2016, he wrote Case Studies in Courageous Communication (Peter Lang Publishing). He has published original research in numerous peer-reviewed academic journals like Communication Monographs, Management Communication Quarterly, Journal of Applied Communication Research, and others. He earned his PhD in Communication from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Al started his career as a financial analyst at Google where he built models and automated reports in Excel. Upon leaving Google, he started his own Excel consulting and teaching company focused on helping MBA students and employees at Fortune 500 companies get better at Excel. Through in-person Excel classes, he’s taught 1,000+ professionals on how to be more productive in Excel. His online classes have amassed 12,000+ students. He is currently an evangelist at Coda, a new platform blending the best of spreadsheets and docs.

Massimiliano M. Pellegrini is a qualified associate professor at University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. From the same university he also received his Ph.D. 2011. Previously, he was a Senior lecturer in Entrepreneurship at Roehampton University Business School. During his career he covered several roles as permanent staff at Princess Sumaya University for technology – Amman Jordan and University of West-London – London, UK as lecturer. As visiting scholar, he was associated to the research program of the University of Enlarger-Nuremberg – Chair in Innovation, Sol C. Snider Entrepreneurial Research Center at The Wharton School, and University of Linz. He is the Past Chair for the Strategic Interest Group of Entrepreneurship (E-ship SIG) at the European Academy of Management (EURAM). His research interests and publications are focused on entrepreneurial and organizational behaviours; he published more than 30 contributions especially in highly-ranked journals e.g., Small Bus. Economics, J. of Business Ethics, J. of Managerial Psychology, Int. J. of Entrepreneurial Behaviours & Research, and Business Process Management J.

Dr. Navid Mollaee is an international expert in Business and Management. He has done several researches and publications in different fields of Management, Marketing, Consumer Behavior and CRM. His background includes eight years of teaching and administrative work in different schools and institutes in Iran. Navid holds Ph.D. in Management and MBA in strategic management and currently is teaching at Ph.D. DBA, Executive, MBA, Postgraduate and Undergraduate level. He serves as editorial board and reviewer of over 25 international journals like American Journal of Industrial and Business Management and Journal of Management Development.

Dr. Bogdanovska is a Researcher in the area of Strategic Management. She has more than 5 years of work experience in managing and administering international donor projects, 3 years in lecturing at a University level and 3 years in leading research projects. Her programs successfully covered the training of 30 Members of Parliament and more than 200 party officials. More than 300 students successfully passed her classes in management and more than 500 women participated in her trainings in the NGO sector. While she worked as a Product Manager for T-Home and T-mobile, internet penetration tripled in six months, and the new 3G card was introduced at the Macedonian market.

Ivana is a Consultant, Executive Trainer & Transformation Coach with international experience. She is also an author, researcher, college level lecturer and motivational speaker. She holds a PhD degree in Management and have over twenty years of entrepreneurial experience. Before trainings and executive coaching, as an entrepreneur she had got a few start-ups of the ground, made those successful businesses. One of those was full service marketing agency which ranked second best for events and public relations on the territory of Croatia and region (25 mil. people market) in just two years. With her team, she has organised and produced some of the biggest concerts, sports events, DVDs, CDs, having opportunity to collaborate with names like Placido Domingo, Jose Carreras, Montserrat Caballe, Michael Bolton, FC Barcelona and others.

Adnan is professor at Business School of Economics and Business Sarajevo, University Sarajevo. He is engaged as Lecturer in the following financial subjects: Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Risk Management, Capital Budgeting, Financial Analysis, Financial Engineering, Investment Banking. He has worked for several international organizations on responsible financial duties: Intertect, Dallas, Norwegian People’s Aid, United Nations, Office of the Special Coordinator for Sarajevo – Eaglton’s Office. He has published many scientific and professional papers in refereed international journals and is member of the Program and Organization Committee of many international scientific conferences.

Ari Shwayder is a faculty member in the Business Economics & Public Policy group at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a research fellow at the William Davidson Institute (WDI) at the University of Michigan. At Michigan Ross, he is an award-wining teacher of economics courses to MBA and other master’s students on microeconomics, macroeconomics, and anti-trust. At WDI he has worked on a wide-range of projects from improving donor effectiveness in middle-income countries, to analyzing public-sector drug distribution networks in developing countries. He is currently working on projects seeking to improve small- and medium-sized enterprise access to working capital in developing countries. Ari previously worked for McKinsey & Company, where he worked on operational and strategic initiatives in financial services industries, public sector, and education. He also worked with the McKinsey Global Institute to analyze the effect of quantitative easing on global industries. He also previously worked in the U.S. Senate as an Economist to the Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee. He holds an A.B. in Mathematics cum laude from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in Economics from Northwestern University.

Kristian is Country Operations Director (COO) at L’Oreal Adria-Balkan. He is responsible for setting-up best fit organisation, to support growth and further development of the business finding best balance between externalisation (3PL) and internalisation of resources to respond in best way to challenging market.

Adrian is the Senior Manager at the Tax and Regulatory Services department of Deloitte Croatia. Adrian holds a LLB/BA degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand and has experience in issues of corporate taxation, VAT and general corporate law.

She is a consultant and executive coach with more than 20 years of experience. She served as Director of Sales and Promotion at Croatia TCom and later Head of CRM at Valamar.

Ante is an entrepreneur and consultant who specialized in future of work and education topics.

Being a professional with 10 years’ experience in Western and developing countries as well as an academic specialized in the strategy and information systems fields gives him a broad panel of competencies. Xavier has Doctorate in Business Administration from Grenbole Ecole de Management.
