Within this domain, he focuses on the application of Agile principles to new product development and other issue related to the new product development and uncertainty. His research expertise is also related to bibliometric analysis where he served as methodology expert in various fields, from Innovation to Entrepreneurship, and Knowledge Management.
Has over 15 years of professional experience in various senior management positions. He worked for several international corporations. He achieved his master’s degree in Computer Science from University Lyon I, France in 1999, and his post-graduate degree in Computer Networks and Telecommunications in 2001 from the same University. He is also holding an MBA. In 2015 he obtained Ph.D. at the University of St Gallen, Switzerland. His research motivation focuses on the fields of information security, open source software and mobile. He is currently Postdoc at the University of St Gallen, Switzerland.
Sara Sassetti is Post-doc fellow at University of Florence. She received her PhD in Management from the University of Pisa. Her main research field relates to entrepreneurial decision-making, students‘ employability and HRM. She works and collaborate with Southampton Business School. She is member of EURAM (European Academy of Management) and co-proponents for the EURAM entrepreneurship standing track “Entrepreneurial Decision Making and Behaviour”.
He is founder of MeanThat, the educational platform that helped more than quarter million students to learn efficiently. In 2014 he got inspired by KhanAcademy and created his first own videos and after placing them on YouTube he reached a global audience in a heartbeat, all eager to learn! Several universities and as well MBA students from all over the world started to use the videos for their lecturing.

Dario Silić is the Chief Executive Officer of concessionaire Bina-Istra d.d. within French concession group Bouygues construction. He also spent many years as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.
His teaching interests span both technical and managerial skills. His research is primarily behavioral and quantitative in nature, and involves the study of computer-mediated collaboration (e.g., virtual teams, online communication) and information security (e.g., compliance with IT security). His research has been published in peer-reviewed academic journals such as MIS Quarterly, Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of the AIS, Information & Management, Computers & Security, and others.
He is an Assistant Professor in Management at the University of Florence, Italy. He holds a PhD in “Business Administration and Management” (University of Pisa, Italy) and a Master in “Big Data, Analytics and Techonologies for Management” (University of Florence, Italy). His research interests are mainly related to quantitative methods (such as exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, multivariate analysis, and structural equation modeling) applied in the following fields: business ethics, ethical decision making, consumer behavior, and organizational behavior. His research has been published in international journals such as Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Managerial Psychology, and Management Decision.
is Reader in Strategy & Entrepreneurship at the University of Lincoln (UK). Andrea received his PhD in Management from the University of RomeTor Vergata (Italy). He holds two masters from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, and has graduated from the INSEAD Advance Valuation Programme. He held visiting positions at several universities, including University of Pisa, University of Queensland, University of Alicante, University of Macerata, and George Washington University. In 2016 he was nominated member of the Scientific Committee of the Fondazione Bruno Visentini, a leading Italian research institute. In 2018, he co-funded with other academics the UNESCO Chair in Responsible Foresight for Sustainable Development and the Lincoln Innovation in Family Enterprises Observatory at the University of Lincoln. Andrea’s main research expertise is multidisciplinary, covering subjects such as negotiations, conflict management and decision-making, family business and entrepreneurship. He is currently working on conflicts in family firms, cultural intelligence, strategic negotiations, innovation and internationalization. He authored a number of publications and his work was presented at international conferences, such as the Academy of Management and the European Academy of Management. In 2014, he was awarded the Emerald Highly Commended Paper by the International Journal of Conflict Management. Andrea is also an active management consultant, negotiator and business mentor. His consulting expertise is focused on corporate crisis and turnaround, company valuations, impairment tests and valuation of assets, family business management, and internationalization

Alex Lyon is an Associate Professor and Chairperson in the Department of Communication at the College at Brockport, State University of New York. His area of study is Organizational Communication with an emphasis on leadership, power, and ethics. In 2016, he wrote Case Studies in Courageous Communication (Peter Lang Publishing). He has published original research in numerous peer-reviewed academic journals like Communication Monographs, Management Communication Quarterly, Journal of Applied Communication Research, and others. Massimiliano M. Pellegrini is a qualified associate professor at University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. From the same university he also received his Ph.D. 2011. Previously, he was a Senior lecturer in Entrepreneurship at Roehampton University Business School. During his career he covered several roles as permanent staff at Princess Sumaya University for technology – Amman Jordan and University of West-London – London, UK as lecturer. As visiting scholar, he was associated to the research program of the University of Enlarger-Nuremberg – Chair in Innovation, Sol C. Ari Shwayder is a faculty member in the Business Economics & Public Policy group at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a research fellow at the William Davidson Institute (WDI) at the University of Michigan. At Michigan Ross, he is an award-wining teacher of economics courses to MBA and other master’s students on microeconomics, macroeconomics, and anti-trust. At WDI he has worked on a wide-range of projects from improving donor effectiveness in middle-income countries, to analyzing public-sector drug distribution networks in developing countries. He is currently working on projects seeking to improve small- and medium-sized enterprise access to working capital in developing countries. Ari previously worked for McKinsey & Company, where he worked on operational and strategic initiatives in financial services industries, public sector, and education.
