SSBM Student Council

SSBM Student Council

Student council provides a link between students and the management to source for any request, problem or need that rises from students. Student council’s main goal is to help students solve problems they encounter at SSBM Geneva and to support staff in the process of understanding students’ needs.

Student council responsibilities are:
– appoints student representatives to the SSBM bodies
– offers advice and support on study-related matters to all students
– advocate on behalf of the student body
– represent the student body during accreditation visits
– represent SSBM’s values and mission in their interactions with others

Student Council members:

– Joel Eshun, Treasurer of the Student Council

Student council is regularly organizing various activities such as:

  • Outdoor Activities: Organizing hikes, nature walks, to give students a break from their academic routine.
  • Cultural Exchange Day: Event where students from different countries showcase their culture, food, music, and traditions.
  • Professional Development Workshops: Sessions on resume building, interview techniques, and other skills that would help students in their future careers.
  • Entrepreneurship and Innovation Challenges: Encouraging students to come up with innovative business ideas and providing a platform to present them.
