Biography

An Irish Lawyer, with an LLM in International and European Economic Law postgraduate degree (University of Lausanne) Mayenfisch-Tobin is a University and Career Guidance Counsellor in schools and independently, formerly she was the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Champion at College Champittet, Lausanne. Head of Stakeholder Relations & Student Counselling at Business School Lausanne (2013 t- 2016) she worked with Bachelor, Masters and MBA graduates. An Accredited mediator, (Regents University, London) she is an independent advisor on Business and Human Rights & Education. Law professor at the EHL Business Hospitality School (1997-2004); she was Swiss Program Director and professor at Pepperdine University, Lausanne (2006-2012) having established the university in Switzerland. Mayenfisch-Tobin has been a legal lobbyist for the Swiss Amnesty Business and Human Rights group, Berne since 2005. She initiated the Platform for Business and Human Rights at the University of Lausanne, is a team member of the Robert F Kennedy Human Rights Foundation, Switzerland, Vice President of the Irish Business Network, Switzerland and Elle Entr’aide, Vaud, and is a committee member of the Foundation Madeleine Moret, Maison de la Femme, Lausanne.
