Postdoctoral program

The objective of the Postdoctoral Research Fellowship is to enable participants to make meaningful new contributions to both academic research and practical applications, while further extending and refreshing their doctoral achievements. Eligibility Requirements

  • Doctoral Degree (PhD, DBA, or equivalent): Applicants must hold a recognized doctoral qualification in business, management, economics, social sciences, technology, or related disciplines.

  • Academic or Professional Research Background: Evidence of previous research work (doctoral dissertation, publications, professional reports, or equivalent).

  • Motivation & Research Fit: A clear research statement or proposal aligned with the MIRC – Multi-disciplinary International Research Center focus areas (business, management, sustainability, innovation, technology, etc.).

  • Language Proficiency: Strong command of English (written and spoken). No formal test required if prior studies or professional experience were conducted in English.
