Inspiring Beginnings: Orientation Day at SSBM Zagreb Instructional Site

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting the Orientation Day for new students at the SSBM Zagreb instructional site. The event marked the official beginning of our students’ academic journey and provided a wonderful opportunity for everyone to connect, share experiences, and get inspired for the exciting path ahead.

The event was opened by Dr. Luka Leško, President of SSBM Geneva, who warmly welcomed the new students and shared the institution’s vision, values, and commitment to excellence in business education. Following him, Professor Dr. Jeffrey Klein addressed the students, emphasizing the importance of critical thinking and lifelong learning throughout their studies.

Students were then introduced to the academic structure, learning methods, and support system at SSBM Geneva by our MBA Program Coordinator, Lucija Ištef. She provided a comprehensive overview of how studies are organized, what resources are available, and how students can make the most of their experience.

After the official program, students had the chance to relax and get to know each other better. The informal gathering provided the perfect opportunity for lively conversations, laughter, and networking — allowing students to share their backgrounds, interests, and aspirations. It was a wonderful way to end the day, fostering new friendships and creating lasting connections within the vibrant SSBM community.

The atmosphere throughout the event was engaging and friendly — an ideal setting for students to get to know one another, meet faculty and staff members, and start building valuable connections within the SSBM community.
