Led by Prof. Velimir Srića, a distinguished authority in business strategy and innovation, the course offered students a deep dive into the realities of navigating change in an increasingly complex and globalized business environment. Professor Srića guided participants through contemporary frameworks and strategic approaches that organizations use to transform ideas into sustainable value.
