Last week marked another milestone for our MBA students in Zagreb, as they completed the Human Resource Management class, guided by  Professor Aco Momčilović. This course is an integral part of the MBA program at SSBM Geneva, designed to equip future business leaders with the essential tools and knowledge to navigate the complex landscape of human resources in today’s organizations.

Throughout the course, students explored a wide range of topics, including strategic HR management, talent acquisition and retention, employee engagement, performance evaluation, and organizational development. With a strong focus on practical application, Professor Momčilović encouraged students to analyze real-world business scenarios, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills that they can immediately apply in their professional careers.

The interactive sessions provided an opportunity for students to collaborate, exchange insights, and learn from diverse perspectives. Students engaged actively in discussions on contemporary HR challenges, emerging trends, and best practices, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how effective human resource management contributes to organizational success.

This milestone serves as a reminder of SSBM’s commitment to providing high-quality education that combines theoretical foundations with practical insights, empowering students to thrive as skilled and innovative professionals.
