The Swiss School of Business and Management Geneva (SSBM Geneva) proudly reflects on the success of its International Immersion Program, an innovative five-day business and cultural experience designed to give students and professionals a deeper understanding of global business practices while exploring Switzerland’s economic landscape.
The upcoming edition is scheduled for April 20–24, 2026, and continues SSBM Geneva’s commitment to fostering global business leaders.
A highlight of last year’s program was the experience of DBA student Nasir Zooei, who returned from the immersion with renewed confidence and inspiration. In his recent reflection posted on LinkedIn, Nasir shared how the program enriched his academic journey, bringing together cutting-edge business insights, practical knowledge, and meaningful international exchanges. The International Immersion Program blends academic insight, corporate exposure, and cultural exploration into a comprehensive learning experience. Participants engage in company visits, expert guest lectures, workshops, city tours, and networking activities — all set within Geneva’s vibrant international business hub. The program focuses on three core areas: Innovation & Disruption, Leadership, Sustainability & Finance, and Applied Research.
The five-day schedule includes strategic orientation sessions, workshops on digital transformation and innovation leadership, real-world industry visits (including visits to organizations such as the United Nations), explorations of Swiss entrepreneurship environments, and career-focused workshops. Participants also earn a certificate of completion upon finishing the program.
