Last week, the SSBM campus in Geneva hosted an insightful and highly engaging panel discussion titled “Communication as a Secret Asset: Communicate Well for Better Career Prospects.” Drawing strong interest from students and participants.

The session focused on the critical role of communication skills in shaping professional success and long-term career development. Speakers emphasized how effective communication can open doors, strengthen professional relationships, and enhance leadership potential across industries.

The panel featured distinguished experts: Mandy Bronsil, an entrepreneur and talent development expert from B-Inspired, Cate Bichara, the Relations Manager at Advance in French-speaking Switzerland, and an experienced negotiator as well as Jana Lugthart, a specialist in community building and workplace communication

The discussion was moderated by Professor Pauliina Rasi, professor of business communication and communication expert, who guided the conversation through key themes such as interpersonal skills, negotiation, and the evolving demands of workplace communication.
