What accreditations does the program hold, and will it be internationally recognized?

What are your working hours?

SSBM Admission office is open from 9am-5pm CET. If you would like to organize a meeting at our Geneva campus or Zagreb Instructional site, please contact us via email to arrange the meeting or the campus tour.

When does the Online program start, and when is the next intake?

Our Online programs are fully online, self-paced, and delivered in a pre-recorded format, so you can apply and start at any time throughout the year. Intakes for Campus programs are as follows: Bachelor: September, MBA: February and September, Master: February and September, DBA: Entire year.

What is the tuition fee of the MBA Program?

What is the tuition fee of the DBA program?

What payment plans are available, and can I pay in installments?

We offer flexible payment options, including bank transfers, credit card payments, and Flywire. Additionally, you can pay in installments; the number of payments depends on the program. If further flexibility is required, we can arrange additional installments.

Can you combine discounts?

Unfortunately, no, you can not apply for a scholarship and ask for a 10% discount for a single payment nor can you ask for a GPA discount. You can pay by credit card or bank wire. You can also pay in installments and for a single payment we offer a 10% discount.

About programs

Do the programs have a specific schedule/course program?

For the online programs there is no specific schedule. The program is fully flexible and the students can go through the courses in any order, since it is a self-paced program. For the campus-based programs there is a fixed schedule that the students are provided with. 

Are Academic Advisors and/or Mentors provided by SSBM Geneva?

Yes. All of our students are assigned an academic advisor who guides them through their academic journey. For DBA students, in addition to an academic advisor, they are assigned a mentor who guides them through their research project/thesis.

What do the exams look like?

Exams typically include case studies, projects, and open-ended questions. If a student does not pass an exam, they may retake it up to three more times. After the fourth attempt, re-enrollment in the course is required, which will incur additional fees.

How many hours per week do I need to dedicate to complete the Online program on time?

As the program is fully online and self-paced, the required time commitment will vary based on your individual schedule and background knowledge.

Is coming to Geneva required during online studies?

No, coming to Geneva is not mandatory during your online studies. However, students will be invited to attend the graduation ceremony, which will take place in Geneva. This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate your achievements in person, but participation is entirely optional.

Requirements

How do I access all the required materials for studying?

All the students receive learning materials through Online platform. Additionally, students have acces to EBSCO Online library providing research databases, e-journals, magazine subscriptions, ebooks and discovery service for academic libraries.

Do I need a visa to study at SSBM Geneva?

International students require a visa to study in Switzerland. Upon acceptance into the program, SSBM Geneva will provide the necessary documentation to support your visa application. International students applying for a Swiss visa must demonstrate financial stability by showing they have at least CHF 30,000 in their bank account. This requirement ensures students can cover their living expenses in Switzerland. It’s advisable to prepare this documentation well in advance of your visa application. SSBM Geneva can provide a confirmation letter of enrollment but the financial proof must be provided by the student.

What are the language requirements for the programs?

All programs at SSBM Geneva are conducted in English. Non-native English speakers may be required to provide proof of English proficiency through standardized tests like TOEFL or IELTS.

How can I apply?

You can apply online through this link. Once your application is submitted, our admissions team will review your documents, including your degree, transcript, CV, ID, and other relevant materials. If you meet the requirements, we will provide you with the next steps, which include signing a student contract, receiving an admission letter, making payments, and accessing our student information system and portal.

Graduation

Will I receive a paper degree after graduation?

Each student will receive his/her soft copy degree together with your transcript of records by email, but we can also send the paper degree by postal mail (with an additional delivery fee).

Can I attend the graduation ceremony in Geneva, Switzerland if I am an online student?

Yes. All of our students are invited to attend the Graduation ceremony. However, in case a student is not able to attend, their degree can be sent via post office to their home address.

Can I finish my online BBA/MBA/DBA studies even in less time than 3 years?

Yes, you can. All our online programs are self-paced programs and all the courses are in a pre-recorded version on the e-learning platform. Depending on your motivation and free time, you can complete your program even earlier.

What are the scholarship opportunities?

You can apply for a scholarship by sending us your CV and motivation letter, once you submit your application here and our scholarship committee will review your application and get back to you within a week.

Yes, online students can engage in networking through our dedicated online platform “S-Connect” and attend weekly webinars hosted by professors and industry professionals. For additional career support, we offer more extensive services, such as company visits and internships, to our on-campus students.

Is there an orientation day for new students?

Yes, SSBM Geneva organizes an orientation day for new students at the beginning of each semester. The orientation day includes campus tours, introduction sessions, and activities designed to help students acclimate to the school and city.

What is the budget for living expenses?
