Last class of Project Management course!

Our Zagreb campus Global/Executive MBA students have successfully completed their first course in Project Management.
In this course students addressed basic topics and segments of project management such as qualities and typical responsibilities of an effective project manager, project selection, preparation of work schedule and budget, creating a project team, quality control of the project, risk management and more.
Congratulations to all our students for their dedication, time and effort and a huge thank you to our SSBM lecturer Gordan Kožulj, for successfully delivering the course!
