On May 16, 2025, the Swiss School of Business and Management (SSBM Geneva) proudly hosted a dynamic panel discussion titled “Diversity in Business” at our Geneva Campus. The event brought together industry leaders and changemakers to share their insights on how diversity influences leadership and innovation in today’s global business environment.

The panel featured distinguished speakers:

  • Hulya Kurt, a seasoned leadership coach and advocate for inclusive workplaces
  • Etamini (Ian) Njweipi, a business strategist known for integrating cultural intelligence into corporate development
  • Olivier Naray, expert in international relations and business diplomacy

The session was expertly moderated by Iva Buljubašić, fostering a thoughtful and engaging discussion that spanned topics such as:

  • The impact of cultural background on leadership styles
