Fabien Lacroix

Guest speaker, Visiting Professor and Keynote Speaker in top Business Schools and Universities while being Head Of Programs of International masters in luxury in Geneva, he teaches Marketing, Luxury Marketing, Human Resources Management and International Trade. He has 15 years of experience in the first class luxury and fashion environment in International Sales Management in the universe of Tableware, Eyewear and Watchmaking in Switzerland. He has been mostly touring in Asia and in the Middle East. He graduated from the European Business School in Paris in 1993, the International MBA at the Em-lyon in 2007. CEFCO Geneva certified in SME management. Besides teaching he has a recruitment and headhunting firm ABCYS in Annecy.

Pilar Cabral Majerovic

Pilar has over 20 years of vast managerial experience within commercial sales and customer service related positions, in an international environment. Her multicultural background took her to studying and working in different countries, ranging from US and Japan to Europe. Pilar successfully held executive positions in the largest telecommunication company, leading hospitality company and later, leading international learning and development company in Croatia.  She is an experienced leader, highly organised and very successful in team management, where she is effectively applying her unique communication skills, as well as transferring her ample knowledge and mentoring a variety of teams. Pilar is fluent in English, French, German and Croatian.

Laetitia Carlier

Laetitia has over 20 years of senior managerial experiences withing sales, complex negotiation in FMCG and consulting, audit, training in international environment. She is graduated from an European Business School in Lille (2000).

Her internal auditor background took her multicultural experiences in more than 30 countries worldwide.

She currently works as freelance business executive coach (Académie Européenne de Coaching certification – Geneva), Corporate consultant  and agile trainer, mainly in change management within collaborative workshops, people development, talent and leaderships. She has been working as Trainer executive coach in Geneva for 1 year. She supports industry, retail and consumer goods companies in strategic process analysis and complex project management.

Authentic, dynamic, empathic, hard-working, pugnacious, very successful in team management and highly organized, laetitia is driven by leadership, challenges and bringing together people.

Ilan Algom

Ilan is a citizen of the world; he has vast international  experience as an executive in a wide variety of activity sectors. Ilan held important financial roles in prestigious companies such as Intel, Fiat, Psa. He also works as a strategy and financial consultant for prestigious customers such as Lafarge, Ikea, Danone, Universal Music. Ilan teaches in the leading business schools in France and Europe, for which he developed innovative pedagogical methods and concepts . Ilan holds an MBA from Insead and is fluent in English, French, Italian and Hebrew, high working proficiency in German.

Nicolas Cubaud

Nicolas shares his experience of 10 years of entrepreneurship within the French and Swiss digital ecosystem and 15 years of corporate innovation in France and California. Amongst others, he founded and developed EyeSnap, one of the leading visual search mobile solutions for the industry. A strong supporter of Agile development methodologies and collaborative intelligence workshops, he advises several organisations in France and Switzerland to succeed in their  digital transformation projects.

Nicolas also is also a lecturer for topics related to business technologies, social engineering and  digital transformation in Swiss and French universities and business schools.

Olivier de Beaufort

Olivier has over 20 years of professional experience, mixing executive positions in large international companies and independent consulting. Olivier’s background is particularly focused on FMGC and retail, having led global cooperation projects at international level for retailers and manufacturers, and training programs for Key Account Managers (L’Oréal, SC Johnson, Pilot Corp…)

By including pillars of digital transformation and agile project management in his programs, and by mixing hard and soft skills, his aim is to bring immediate added value with efficient and operational solutions, and anchor training needs in business reality.

Jaka Vadnjal, PhD

Jaka Vadnjal holds a master’s degree and a doctorate from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana and is an independent business consultant and lecturer. From 2015 to 2019, he was the President of the Management Board of a Lon Bank. For nine years he was at GEA College – Faculty of Entrepreneurship. He served one mandate as the dean of the faculty and earned the title of full professor. He has also lectured at other universities abroad and at home. He is senior trainer for various target groups in the international environment. He also has entrepreneurial experience within a family business. He has advised a number of small and medium-sized enterprises and consulted several governments in SE Europe on the establishment of a support environment for SME development and financing. He has been a member of boards of directors and several professional bodies at home and abroad.

Tiffany Baer von Arx

Doctor in Psychology, Tiffany is an expert in leadership, emotional intelligence and luxury consumer behavior. As she believes it is important to draw knowledge from different places, she studied and worked in different countries from US and Singapore to Switzerland. She received the Doc.Ch grant from the Swiss National Foundation for Science for her personal PhD project on the influence of the service interaction in customers’ evaluation of luxury goods. Thriving with new experiences, she worked as a communication and event manager at Campus Biotech in Geneva, Switzerland. She has 5 years of experience with independent project management in consumer research on luxury goods and led international collaborations with specialists in the field of luxury and organizational behavior (trainer, designer, chairman, and marketing experts). Today Tiffany works as professor, lecturer and coach. She designs, implements and delivers teaching and training programs on organizational behavior and management, leadership and emotional competences, and luxury branding and customer experience.

Mario Silic, PhD

Has over 20 years of professional experience in various senior management positions. He worked for several international corporations. He achieved his master’s degree in Computer Science from University Lyon I, France in 1999, and his post-graduate degree in Computer Networks and Telecommunications in 2001 from the same University. He is also holding an MBA. In 2015 he obtained his Ph.D. at the University of St Gallen, Switzerland. 

He has consulted numerous companies and organizations such as Audi, City of Barcelona, Alcatel, HP, Epson, Kaulfand, etc.

He delivered trainings and educational programs in various fields such as Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Cybersecurity, IT Management, etc.

Morris Zand

Morris Zand, President, has worked in New York, Paris, Geneva and Montreal, with extensive experience in: B2C (P&G, L’Oréal, Nestlé, LVMH), B2B (Skyguide, PwC, Credit Agricole), IGOs and Not-for-profits: (Red Cross, United Nations)

Before starting his own firm, Morris worked with Kraft / General Foods in Montreal, then with major international clients at Grey Advertising in NYC and Paris, McCann-Erickson and Advertising to Women in NYC.

Morris holds an MBA from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business and is also Adjunct Professor of Marketing Strategy at the Master’s level. He is a member of the Club Diplomatique in Geneva and was previously on the Advisory Committee of The Journal of Canadian-U.S. Business.

Natasha Konstantinova

Yvan Cognasse

Yvan Cognasse is Executive Architect at Oracle, in charge of the digital transformation programs of Oracle strategic accounts. He and his team are responsible for consulting and sales engagements in enterprise architecture in EMEA, APAC and Japan regions. Yvan provides strategic solutions to support application opportunities in all these regions, and leads the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) domains (ERP, HR and CX). At the same time, Yvan regularly participates in executive training programs at European business and management schools (HEC Paris, INSEEC Group and HEG Geneva). He is also a member of advisory boards of several consulting firms in France and Switzerland. Finally, Yvan holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering (Telecom’ Saint-Etienne, France, 1994) and an Advanced Master in Innovation Management (Ecole Centrale de Paris, France, 1996). He also completed a Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies (DEA) in Artificial Intelligence at the Ecole des Mines, France (1994).

Carole Drai-Jacquet

Carole has 20 years’ experience in management of business units with sales and logistics teams in France and in the UK, starting with 6 years spent in England within the international transport group LYNX (UPS) as key account support manager; back in France, she worked for 2 years in the international expert recruitment firm HAYS, as head of the accounting and finance division; she then worked as sales director for 7 years in an industrial trading company belonging to the international group Würth, where she implemented sales teams, and managed 15 itinerant and sedentary salespeople across France; she left this position for a job as BU director for 5 years, managing 6 branches in a building public works group Frans Bonhomme, with the management of 30 employees with sales and logistics profiles. In parallel, in 2016, Carole launched her own business called CDJ Développement, specialized in organizational and management audit, recruitment and training of all types of sales profiles; CDJ Développement also offers training, coaching and teaching sessions to French business & tourism schools, as well as worldwide companies in various fields, such as: sales negotiation, management & leadership, KPIs, HR and organization optimization. Her methods are based on the analysis of personal needs and the offer of tailor-made training and coaching sessions. Carole holds a Master’s degree in Business & Marketing; she is native French and she speaks fluent English and Spanish.
