Dr. Anna Provodnikova, Head of Research at the Swiss School of Business and Management Geneva (SSBM Geneva), warmly invites academics, policymakers, business leaders, security professionals, and industry experts to participate in the upcoming International Conference on Business and Integral Security – IBIS 2026 Conference, organised in collaboration with University of Applied Sciences in Security and Safety, Zagreb, and the Paris School of Management (PSM).
The conference will take place online on November 19th–20th, 2026, from 09:00 to 17:00 CET, bringing together leading academics, policymakers, industry experts, innovators, and business leaders from around the world.
The 2026 conference theme, “Energy Security & Global Stability: Strategic Leadership in an Era of Disruption,” reflects the growing importance of resilience, sustainability, and strategic leadership in today’s rapidly evolving global environment.
Recent geopolitical tensions and disruptions affecting key energy routes have demonstrated how regional instability can quickly impact global supply chains, inflation, financial markets, consumer prices, and business decision-making. IBIS 2026 aims to provide an international platform for discussion and collaboration on how governments, organizations, and industries can strengthen international cooperation, protect critical infrastructure, respond to energy shocks, and build more resilient economic systems.
IBIS 2026 will focus on the intersection of digital transformation and sustainable development. The conference will explore how emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Big Data, Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, and other digital innovations can contribute to sustainable growth, circular economies, and equitable progress.
Researchers and professionals from fields including Information Systems, Information Security, Integral Security, Artificial Intelligence, interdisciplinary sciences, business, economics, and sustainability are invited to participate and contribute to this dynamic international event.
The conference aims to foster meaningful academic and scientific contributions through knowledge sharing, interactive sessions, and innovative online community-building approaches.
IBIS 2026 invites scholars and researchers to submit proposals for presentation at the conference.
Accepted papers will be published in the SSBM E-Proceedings and made available on the SSBM website prior to the conference.
Submissions should be sent via email to ibis@ssbm.ch with the subject line:
“IBIS2026 Call for Papers.”
The conference will feature lively working sessions, presentations, and collaborative discussions designed to encourage the exchange of ideas and best practices among participants from academia, government, and industry.
Each accepted author may be invited to present their research during the online conference. Presentations will be limited to 15 minutes and will provide valuable opportunities for international exposure, networking, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
IBIS 2026 offers a unique opportunity to engage with global experts and thought leaders addressing some of the most pressing challenges of our time: from energy security and geopolitical uncertainty to digital transformation and sustainable development.
Be part of this international dialogue and contribute to shaping resilient and sustainable futures.
