A Journey of Learning and Adventure
The Leadership on the Sea Program offers an immersive and experiential leadership journey in a real-world sailing environment. Participants engage in cutting-edge leadership training, team building, decision-making under pressure and practical sailing techniques over a 6-day Adriatic Sea expedition, preceded by a 4-hour leadership immersion session (classroom or online).

The program is led by Damir Gavran, an accomplished executive with international leadership experience, digital strategy expertise, and certified sailing qualifications.
The program package includes the sailing boat, comfortable accommodation, an experienced skipper, the course leader, log cleaning services and deposit insurance, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience throughout the journey.
The following expenses are not included: Excluded from the program fee are expenses for food and drinks, marina fees, fuel, travel costs, and any optional insurance.
