Kicking Off Leadership in Action: MBA Human Resources Management Begins in Zagreb

Last Friday marked the successful start of the Human Resources Management class within the MBA program at SSBM Geneva, held at the instructional site in Zagreb.

The class is led by Professor Aco Momčilović, who brings academic and practical experience in human resources, leadership, and organizational development. From the very first session, students were immersed in dynamic discussions that connected HR theory with real-world business challenges.

The Zagreb instructional site is once again a vibrant learning environment, bringing together MBA students from diverse professional backgrounds. The collaborative atmosphere set a strong foundation for the course, encouraging knowledge exchange, critical thinking, and practical application. Through interactive dialogue and practical examples, students explored how effective HR management directly influences business performance and sustainable growth.
