Last week, our MBA students at the SSBM Zagreb Instructional site kicked off their first class in Organizational Behaviour with Professor Senka Zavišić. It was an engaging start, setting the stage for what promises to be a thought-provoking and practical course.
From the very first moments, Professor Zavišić brought real-world insight into the classroom. Students explored how human behaviour shapes organizations, discussing everything from leadership and motivation to team dynamics and workplace culture. The session wasn’t just about theory but also about case studies and interactive discussions that helped students connect ideas to real business challenges they might face as leaders.
With lively conversations and perspectives from both the professor and the students, the course promises to dive even deeper in the weeks ahead, covering decision-making, conflict resolution, and strategies for leading change effectively.
