What motivated you to pursue an MBA in Banking and Finance at SSBM, and how did the program align with your career goals?

When I applied for the MBA program, I was working at a Swiss bank, which motivated me to dive deeper into banking and finance. Once I started studying, I was able to apply the knowledge immediately in practice – working on smaller projects and managing companies – which made the program especially valuable for my career growth. I see finance as a universal tool for any business, and the program at SSBM gave me both strategic knowledge and practical insights that perfectly aligned with my career ambitions.

How did the courses and faculty at SSBM contribute to your professional and personal growth?

The studies were challenging, but worth it. I was truly excited to learn from influential professors who are recognized experts in their fields. Their international perspective, real business cases, and practical approach helped me grow both professionally and personally.

Collaborating with classmates from different industries and countries gave me a global network and taught me to look at challenges from multiple perspectives.

What experience from your time at SSBM had a long-lasting impact on you?

At the same time, collaborating with classmates from different industries and countries provided me with a global network and taught me to view challenges from multiple perspectives – a skill I still apply in my work today.

How has earning your MBA helped you in your current career path or opened new opportunities for the future?

At the beginning of the studies MBA, I had already been managing companies and working in teams, but after completing the program, I transitioned to larger-scale projects that I now develop not only in my country but also internationally. The MBA boosted my confidence and gave me the skills to scale my work beyond local markets.

Would you recommend pursuing an MBA at SSBM Geneva and why?

Definitely. The program is flexible, international, and highly relevant to today’s business environment. What also stood out to me was the supportive administration – they were always responsive and quick to answer my questions, which made the learning journey much smoother.
