Asynchronous learning takes form of:

Synchronous learning takes form of:
– live lectures in form of Live Q&A Sessions, live seminars and webinars, guest lectures, live lectures on specific topics, one to one sessions with the professor, etc.

    While the program is designed to be completed within a certain time, you can extend it to accommodate your schedule. If you exceed the contractual program duration, extension fees will apply:
    • Up to 3 months: 30% of the full tuition
    • Up to 6 months: 50% of the full tuition
    • Up to 12 months: 100% of the full tuition
  7. What do the exams look like?
    Exams typically include case studies, projects, and open-ended questions. If a student does not pass an exam, they may retake it up to three more times. After the fourth attempt, re-enrollment in the course is required, which will incur additional fees.
  8. Are scholarships or discounts available?
    We offer scholarships and discounts during specific campaigns, which are announced on our website and newsletter. Scholarships generally cover 50% to 100% of tuition fees and are awarded based on academic achievements, motivation, English proficiency, and professional experience. You can also apply for an admissions fee discount by submitting a motivational essay to admissions@ssbm.ch. Our admissions team will review your application based on various factors, such as your academic achievements and career goals.
  9. How can I apply?

    No, coming to Geneva is not mandatory during your online studies. However, students will be invited to attend the graduation ceremony, which will take place in Geneva. This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate your achievements in person, but participation is entirely optional.

Online BSc in Information Technology

The Online Bachelor in Information Technology offers you an opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills through our unique learning curriculum.

The Online Bachelor in Information Technology program is offered in English, brings 180 ECTS credits, and is organised into core courses. Earn your online bachelor’s in Information Technology in 36 months or less while continuing to work and build your on-the-job experience. The program takes place online.

The practical relevance and applicability of the curriculum are the focal points of this undergraduate bachelor program. The online bachelor’s in Information Technology course content covers a broad spectrum of relevant IT topics, such as web and mobile computing, security and cloud computing, data management, software systems development, software systems analysis, artificial intelligence, systems administration, cybersecurity, and more. *Details on Secondary Education Qualifications

A foreign upper secondary school-leaving certificate must correspond substantially to the Swiss Maturity Certificate in regards to school subjects, number of hours, and length of schooling.
 
Specifically:
– It must be the highest possible upper secondary school-leaving certificate in the issuing country,
– It must entitle the holder to general access to university studies,
– It must – as a rule – be attained in an unabridged course of schooling in a school class,
– It must be in one of the following streams: classical languages, modern languages, humanities and social sciences, or mathematics and natural sciences,
