Dr. Arzu Opçin-Kıdal holds a B.S. in Political Science from Middle East Technical University, an M.A. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Sabancı University, and a Ph.D. in Political Science from Bilkent University, where she graduated with Summa Cum Laude distinction. Her doctoral research has been published as a monograph by Routledge (2024), and she has contributed to peer-reviewed scholarship through an SSCI-indexed journal article.She has developed a multifaceted career across academia, international development, and the private sector, with experience in institutions such as the European Commission (Horizon2020) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Her professional roles have included research consulting, project management, and international business development, through which she has led strategic initiatives, facilitated cross-cultural collaboration, and supported innovation-driven projects in Europe and Turkey.
