Bojan Kostandinovic is Doctor of Economic Sciences in the field of Strategic Management, Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and a graduate engineer of Mechanical Engineering – Automotive concentration. He is a founder and director of Center for Education “Implementation of Knowledge“ and business consultant. For many years extensively, both theoretically and practically, he is interested in the field of economics and management, primarily in questions of strategic management, organization, leadership, competitiveness, modern management methodology, customer relations, sales and marketing.
He was employed in the automotive industry for almost ten years as Head of Sales in Mercedes-Benz Serbia and Montenegro, the subsidiary company of automobile giant Daimler AG from Stuttgart, and the last five years in Fiat and Renault Nissan dealerships in Belgrade. He was responsible for sales, after-sales and marketing activities, the implementation of corporate strategies, strategic development of start-up organizations, the organization and training of the company’s teams. He has been a director for business development and lecturer at Mokra Gora School of Management since 2015 where he teaches Executive MBA, General Management Program, Leadership and Strategy as well as many other school programs on management skills, management, leadership, change management, innovation, negotiation and sales skills. He is a partner in the school, consultant and leading lecturer for strategy and leadership.
He has written and published in prestigious national and international journals a large number of scientific papers in the field of mechanical engineering, management, modern management concepts, leadership, strategic and organizational development of the company. His lectures were so far listened by managers from companies such as AIR Serbia, Aeroport „Nikola Tesla“, Gazprom, SGS Swiss, Telekom Serbia, Mtel Republic of Srpska, Post of Serbia, FCG Group, Delta Holding, MK Group, Phoenix, Hemofarm, Nelt, Swiss Pharma (Valeant), Victoria Group, Adient, Vojvodjanska Bank, Banca Intesa, Generali Insurance, JP EPS, Comtrade, Energoprojekt, Institute of Economics, Fruvita, Uniqa Insurance, Zlatiborac, Metalac, Carmeuse etc.
