Dr. Babita Bhati

Dr. Babita Bhati is Area Chair at Army Institute of Management & Technology, Greater Noida. She has diverse experience of over 16 years in management teaching. She is a certified NLP practitioner and has executive program in HR Analytics from XLRI Jamshedpur, India. She was awarded PhD from School of Management, Gautam Buddha University on the topic “Role of Entrepreneurs’ Competence in Managing Firm Performance”.

Her research interests include human behavior, entrepreneurial traits, and performance management. She has published research papers in journals of National and International repute. She is a certified trainer from ISTD Delhi and has done several corporate training assignments with Indian Industries Association, Anmol Industries HO and manufacturing plants, Daurala Sugar Mills Meerut, Government institute of Medical Sciences etc., on the topics like Interpersonal behavior, Emotional Intelligence, Team building, Stress management, Conflict handling, Leadership, Psychometric testing, Compassionate discipline,  etc.
