Dr. Bethânia Monteforte Sasseron is a professor, psychologist, researcher, and international speaker based in Geneva. Her work integrates business, digital transformation, mental health, ethics, artificial intelligence, digital literacy, organizational well-being, learning and development, and evidence-based practices.
She holds a Doctor of Business Administration from the Swiss School of Business and Management Geneva, completed with a 100% score and Summa Cum Laude honours in 2024. She also has advanced academic and professional training in mental health, cognitive behavioral therapy, project management, social network analysis, education, and pedagogical competencies.
At SSBM Geneva, she teaches Digital Transformation, Design Thinking, Human Resources Management, and Research and Academic Writing to bachelor’s and master’s students. She also delivers lectures, workshops, and conference presentations internationally.
