Dr. Isaac Toneah Gblee

Dr. Isaac Toneah GBLEE is a highly experienced professional with over twenty-one years of relevant working experience covering audit, accounting and finance, corporate governance, banking, general management, and academia. Dr. Gblee has worked for the United Nations in several roles including Operations Manager, Management Specialist, Head of Finance, etc. in Liberia, The Gambia, Sierra Leone, and South Sudan. He has also held key senior management-level position within the university arena, where he served as Assistant Vice President for Finance and Budget. He also worked as an adjunct lecturer in the College of Business Administration.

Dr. Gblee currently works for the Office of the Auditor General of ECOWAS Institutions as a Senior Auditor, leading performance audit engagements. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in corporate governance from the Swiss School of Business and Management. He also holds a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
He is a certified management accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Australia and New Zealand. He is also a qualified accountant and a member of the Institute of Public Accountants of Australia. Dr. Gblee is a member of the Institute of Financial Accountants.
