Dr. My is a scholar-practitioner with deep expertise in marketing communications, digital innovation, and executive leadership across the healthcare, real estate, and education sectors. He currently serves as Director of the Medical Training & Research Institute and as a Peer Reviewer for the Vietnam Journal of Science and Technology under the Ministry of Science and Technology. At SSBM Vietnam, he mentors DBA candidates in advanced research and scholarly development.
He holds a Ph.D. in Business from RMIT University (Australia) and a Master’s in International Communication Management from the University of Stirling (UK). Dr. My has produced an extensive portfolio of academic work, including peer-reviewed research papers, 4 books, and 11 case studies and industry reports. His research interests encompass entrepreneurship, digital marketing, e-commerce, operations management, AI-driven marketing, and media and communications.
