Hubert Fröhlich, PhD

Dr. Fröhlich is the Head of Telecommunications Department for the Centre of Excellence for Space Sciences and Technologies. Dr. Fröhlich has a PhD from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana and additionally speaks Croatian and English.
