Has 23+ years of work experience in engineering, program management, and new product development in the semiconductor, OEM, and solar industries. Completed her doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Circular Economy and Sustainability from SSBM and MBA from California State University Monterey Bay. Her primary research field is sustainability, including circular economy and ESG. Areas of expertise are in traditional and Agile project management, manufacturing process improvement, supply chain management,  problem-solving methodology, new product development, and innovation management.
