Masatoshi Hara, PhD

Dr. Hara has been working in the Philippines as a government consultant to promote the Official Development Assistance (ODA) for further growth and prosperity here in the Philippines since 2017. He has also worked in China and Vietnam at a Japanese private company for four years to be in charge of sales, marketing, and product management. He earned PhD at Walden University in the U.S. and DBA at SSBM in Switzerland in 2021, specializing in International Business, Human Resource Development, Development Economics, and Business Economics.
