Monika Singh, PhD

Monika has done her doctorate in Computer Science in 2019 from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. The topic of the thesis was “Efficient Mining Techniques for Enhanced Design of Recommender Systems”. She has published research papers in some top-notch international journals. Some of her accomplished works include studying the impact of biclustering technique in enhancing the effectiveness of collaborative filtering techniques on various KPIs, personalized recommendations, and solution approach to resolve vehicle routing problem using deep reinforcement learning. She is currently working as a Manager-Global Development Center, IoT Engineering, Johnson Controls Hitachi.
