Ozren has a degree in economics, and has completed the Executive MBA program and earned an EMBA title. In addition to his formal education through his career, he attended a large number of trainings and obtained a large number of certificates from various fields such as project management (PM Accredited certification and SCRUM Master), risk management (RMA certificate), CBA development ) and information security management (IRCA ISO 27001 Lead Auditor), etc. He is a financial expert, consultant and expert for EU funds with over 15 years of experience in corporate and investment banking, finance and consulting, with 7 years of experience in management positions.
His key competencies are related to corporate finance, credit rating, financial analysis and due diligence, risk assessment and management, business process establishment, restructuring and collection management as well as business relationship management with corporate clients and customer service. In addition to his banking career, he has extensive experience in business consulting where in the last 8 years, he has actively participated in the preparation of investment studies, Feasibility Study (FS) and Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA), preparation and implementation of EU projects, evaluation of EU projects and technical assistance to public bodies.
In his career so far, he has worked in several banks (Volksbank, Unicredit Bank, Partner Bank and J&T Bank) and in leading „Big 4“ consulting companies (Deloitte and KPMG). He is a lecturer at several business schools on the topics of financial statement analysis, business plans and investment studies, receivables and bad placements management, efficient collection, sales and presentation skills, preparation and implementation of EU projects, and since 2019 he is an associate lecturer at the Swiss School of Business and Management, Geneva on their EMBA program
