Biography

Ramesh has 25 years of professional experience of which more than two decades has been at various leadership roles. He has been at the senior executive level for several years leading and transforming leaders and business into growth mode. He has led global teams of ~ 5000 people and has been a leader to SVPs, Vice-Presidents and Directors. Ramesh has led business portfolios across technology, products, services with large revenue and P&L ownership. He has set up and scaled new sites and delivery centers in India, Philippines, Europe, North America and LATAM. Very well regarded for his customer advocacy, he has built references and great relationships with executives at fortune 1000 companies globally.

Ramesh has a Doctorate in Business Administration with specialization in Organizational Leadership. He is a post-graduate in Human Resources and Marketing. Ramesh is a Marshall Goldsmith certified leadership and organization coach, certified executive coach by John Mattone. A Professional Certified Coach ( PCC ) from the International Coaching Federation ( ICF ). He is a DiSC certified partner, Emotional Intelligence coach and NLP  practitioner, Six Sigma, Lean and COPC certified.

Ramesh supports and works with start-ups, mentoring and advising on strategy and execution. Ramesh is on the board of directors to a couple of CX impact organizations. He is a guest lecturer at leadership conclaves and seminars. He is a regular speaker at colleges and universities addressing students on various leadership topics and preparing them for their future corporate careers. Mentor to management students, first time leaders and senior executives.

A peoples leader and a successful corporate executive, Ramesh has a track record of grooming and developing several leaders and executives. Ramesh has several hundred hours of mentoring experience, coached, mentored and guided leaders from first time managers to senior CXO level executives. He has done several mentoring sessions with various groups on team development and organizational development.

An optimist, he is focused on enabling organizations and leaders become more successful by better strategy and execution with a people first approach. Ramesh is an avid reader and writer, very well regarded for his leadership articles and blogs. He has authored the book titled ‘Cost of Poor Leadership’ trending at top 50 best sellers and top 3 in success and personal transformation categories, and now writing his second book titled ‘Customer Success – real or hype’.
