Ulrich Haas is an attorney in Hamburg and professor at law at the University of Zurich. As an expert researcher and practitioner in the field of dispute resolution and sports law he regularly acts as arbitrator with, among others, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). He is also President of the Basketball Arbitral Tribunal (BAT) in Mies Switzerland.
