Professor Silić was formally recognized at the ACBSP Conference 2026 in Phoenix, Arizona, where he received the Teaching Excellence Award for Region 8 (EMEA). The award was personally presented to Professor Silić by Michael Wiemer, MBA, President and Chief Executive Officer of ACBSP, in recognition of his outstanding contribution to teaching excellence in business education.
He was accompanied at the award ceremony by Dino Kolak, Chief Operating Officer of SSBM Geneva, and Miroslav Silić, Head of the IT Department, who joined in celebrating this important achievement.
As a regional recipient, Professor Silić was also considered for the ACBSP International Teaching Excellence Award, further highlighting the significance of his accomplishment within the global ACBSP community.
