International Immersion Program Geneva

Five Days of Global Learning and Business Insights

The SSBM Geneva International Immersion Program is designed for companies, universities, schools, and other institutions looking to explore contemporary business and research topics through a combination of academic sessions, guest lectures, industry visits, workshops, and networking opportunities.

The five-day program is built around three interconnected areas:

  • Innovation & Disruption
  • Leadership, Sustainability & Finance
  • Applied Research

Throughout the week, you’ll engage with current business challenges and emerging trends and hear practical insights from professionals across different fields.

Learning Through Experience

At SSBM Geneva, we connect academic knowledge with real-world experience. Our International Immersion Program provides participants with the opportunity to learn not only from academic experts but also from businesses, international organizations, researchers, and leaders working across different sectors.

Through industry visits, guest lectures, leadership discussions, workshops, and international networking, participants can gain a broader understanding of how organizations are responding to technological disruption, sustainability challenges, changing economic conditions, and the growing influence of artificial intelligence.

The program is also an opportunity to build lasting international connections. With participants coming from more than 20 countries, the immersion creates a diverse environment for exchanging perspectives, developing professional relationships, and exploring opportunities for future collaboration.

Why Geneva?

There is no better setting for an international immersion focused on global business and leadership than Geneva. As one of the world’s leading international cities, Geneva brings together multinational companies, international organizations, financial institutions, researchers, entrepreneurs, and professionals from across the globe.

The city is home to major international organizations, including the United Nations and International Red Cross, and serves as an important center for diplomacy, international relations, finance, and business.

For SSBM Geneva, this international ecosystem is an essential part of our identity. Our location enables us to connect learners with a global environment where business decisions, international policy, innovation, research, and technology come together.

Switzerland: A Hub for Innovation and Excellence

Known for its strong innovation ecosystem, competitiveness, research capabilities, financial sector, and international outlook, Switzerland offers a unique environment in which to examine how organizations can remain competitive in an increasingly complex global economy.

At SSBM Geneva, we continuously seek to design programs that reflect the latest developments in business, technology, research, and leadership.
