Zagreb Campus – Last Class of the Semester!

NEWS > Zagreb Campus – Last Class of the Semester!

Congratulations to all the Finance MBA students in Zagreb for completing their last class of the semester!

The Private Equity and Venture Capital course consists of several sections that are key to understanding these markets from both a theoretical and practical point of view. The course deals with financial, organizational and legal aspects related to private equity transactions and the management of private equity investment vehicles. During the course, students learned about the position of private equity and venture capital in global financial markets and their role in supporting economic growth and innovation in a very hands on approach.

Students had to complete an exam yesterday and we are so glad how well prepared they came to the course!

Thank you to the lecturer, Pierre Matek who successfully held the course. Mr. Matek has received his master’s degree in International Finance at the Université Louis Pasteur in Strasbourg, France in 1997 and his Ph.D. in Law at the European Faculty of Law in Nova Gorica, Slovenia in 2018, with many years of first hand experience. He also earned the right to use the CFA and CIPM designations granted by CFA Institute.

Well done once again to all our students!
