At SSBM Geneva, we are happy to announce an upcoming panel discussion titled “Women in Leadership”. Join us for an engaging event that brings together accomplished professionals and leaders to explore the evolving role of women in leadership, innovation, and decision-making across industries.

Scheduled for May 4, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., the panel will be held  at the Swiss School of Business and Management in Geneva and is free of charge for participants.

Women in Leadership Panel Discussion

The event will feature an exceptional group of speakers with extensive international expertise.

  • Dr. med. Mia Alqam Simcox, Dean of SSBM Geneva, will bring her executive leadership experience and strategic academic perspective to the discussion.
  • Dr. Olesya Meskina, Head of Academic Programs at SSBM Geneva, will contribute her expertise in academic leadership and institutional development.
  • Dr. Bethânia Monteforte Sasseron, Clinical Psychologist and Lecturer at SSBM Geneva, will share valuable insights on leadership development, emotional intelligence, and professional growth.
  • Mary Mayenfisch-Tobin, an experienced lawyer as well as a Lecturer at SSBM Geneva, will provide perspectives on leadership, governance, and legal responsibility in modern organizations.

The panel will be moderated by Dr. Iva Buljubasic,  DBA Mentor and Associate Professor, bringing her experience in higher education, mentoring, and international academic collaboration.

Together, they will offer a multidisciplinary perspective on leadership, inclusion, and the future of women in executive roles.
