Highlights of the Conference

The conference, organized under the theme “Beyond Success: Happiness and Wellbeing in the Project Environment,” brought together project management professionals, academics, and industry leaders from across the region to explore the evolving dimensions of project success. The event highlighted the growing importance of wellbeing, mental health, emotional intelligence, and human-centered leadership in creating sustainable and high-performing project environments.

The first day of the conference featured inspiring keynote presentations, expert discussions, and valuable networking opportunities, setting the stage for meaningful exchanges on the future of project management. Participants explored how organizations can foster healthier, more resilient, and more engaged project teams while maintaining high levels of performance and innovation.

A special highlight of the opening day was the Congress Dinner, which provided an excellent opportunity for participants to connect in a more informal setting and strengthen professional relationships across the international project management community, as well as with Dr. Mladen Vukomanović, the president of IPMA, and Rebeka Danijela Vlahov, Profession Development Manager at IPMA.
