The last days of the SSBM Geneva Immersion Program brought the experience to a close with a focus on entrepreneurship, financial strategy, international cooperation, and executive leadership in an increasingly AI-driven global economy.

Day 4 explored Switzerland’s entrepreneurial ecosystem through a session on Entrepreneurship Strategy in Switzerland and a practical workshop on Building a Swiss Start-up Strategy. These activities provided participants with an opportunity to examine the strategic considerations involved in developing and positioning a start-up within the Swiss business environment. The day also included an industry visit to the United Nations in Geneva, connecting the program’s business-oriented learning with the broader context of international cooperation and global institutions.

Day 5 focused on the financial and leadership dimensions of business management. Sessions on Funding & Capital Structure – What Every Leader Should Know and Swiss Banking addressed key topics relevant to financial decision-making and the business landscape. The program continued with an Executive Leadership Roundtable: Leading Organisations in an AI-driven Global Economy, encouraging reflection on the evolving challenges and opportunities facing leaders as artificial intelligence transforms organisations and industries.

The immersion concluded with a certificate ceremony, student reflections, and closing remarks, marking the completion of an intensive learning experience that combined academic discussions, practical workshops, and exposure to the international business environment.

Through its final sessions, the program reinforced the importance of entrepreneurial thinking, financial literacy, adaptability, and responsible leadership in a rapidly changing global economy. The closing days also highlighted the value of connecting academic knowledge with practical insights and international perspectives, bringing the SSBM Geneva Immersion Program to a meaningful conclusion.
