Simon Horton is a globally renowned Negotiation Skills expert, having spent 15 years teaching the subject to banks, oil companies, law firms and other professional organisations in over 20 countries across Europe, Asia and Africa. Prior to that he led a successful career in asset management, designing the derivatives trading system used by the majority of the London asset management sector. He is a Visiting Lecturer at Imperial College and the author of ‘The Leader’s Guide to Negotiation’, published by The Financial Times.
